My goal is to find a Web Development position, front end or back end (although, long term, would like to do more .NET back-end stuff, especially concentrating on XML related technologies). And a bit of my background...I've been a prepress manager for over 10 years now, so I have extensive experience in all industry standard graphics applications. Photoshop and Illustrator probably the most pertinent to web development, but also expert in InDesign, Freehand and QuarkXPress. Prepress manager actually doesn't quite cover the scope of my duties, as they've never been limited to strictly graphics related activities. I've set up and administered mixed Windows/Macintosh environments my entire career (most previous running an in-house Microsoft Small Business Server). Worked extensively with databases implementing variable data printing applications. Also have set up and/or maintained web sites for both positions listed. Plus general help desk support for....just about everybody I've ever worked with. ;)

Looking to leverage my graphics capabilities with newly acquired skills from Strategy Computers, including XHTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT and C#, and am currently studying for the MCTS- Web Applications certification.
